It is important to note that Wicker is a child and in many ways much of what I know about him, his abilities and his potential are currently unknown to him whether by nature of plot or his own inexperience. As such the choice to make his profile written as opposed to artistic was done in the interest of sharing both what he knows about himself and what I know about him that people interacting with him would find beneficial to know. That and frankly my gallery and scraps is chock full of years and years of artistic examples of him. He's very easy to draw and so I tend to draw him over and over and over. At some points I will probably draw doodles of his interactions, but I think I have plenty of examples on hand of what he looks like and it would be more beneficial for you to get a more in depth look at him than what I can fit in a graphic...

TLDR: His picture is all over my gallery, let's read some crap about him instead.

Name: Wicker :: He is not certain of his name, this is what he has been calling himself.

Species: Little Boy :: Wicker is possibly some form of rejected Sidhe child, considered imperfect in some way and left in the mortal world, but this is speculation as he does not know where he is from himself, so it's anyone's guess.

Gender: Male

Age: Unknown :: Physically, he appears to be around the age of 10 years old.

Height: 4 ft 9 in.

Weight: 87 pounds.

Physical Description: Wicker is slight, willowy and thin with pale skin, blue eyes and a wild mane of orangey hair. He is considered short and stringy, around the age where growth spurts make the legs and arms oddly long in porportion to the rest of the body. He has large eyes beneath sparse eyebrows and above a rounded, upturned nose. His upper lip is also rounded with no dip in the center. All these features are smooshed inside his cherubic cheeks which are framed on both sides by comically long and pointed ears, which move with his expression in a nearly pet-like manner. His hair is hopeless; afro like in the tightness of his curls and unfortunately very poorly maintained to the point of it resembling more of a big citrus cotton bud rather than hair. Given his current living situation he dresses in whatever is readily available and suitable to the weather, however, while he would much rather they were cleaner, he has little opportunity to wash them.

WDSA Status: White Badge, he probably should be registered, but is not either because the WDSA does not know about him (questionable) or simply he has not made enough of a menace of himself yet to be worth the time and energy the WDSA would have to expend to get a hold of him and keep him long enough to be registered. As passive a child as he seems to be there really is very little anyone can do to force him into something he is absolutely, 100%, against doing.

Personality Traits: Wicker has many positive traits; he is friendly, docile and empathetic. He does not like to see others upset and conflict is very unsettling for him. He is very interested in his creature comforts as well as the creature comforts of those he feels attached to in some way. However, he is far from a perfect person. He is not horribly witty and is horribly gullible, and while he may not be prone to temper tantrums, one of his could be quite a horrible idea. As he has no proper adult looking out for him at this point in his life he hasn't had anyone teaching him or mentoring him, and so he comes across occasionally as unruly; lacking self control, discipline and a respect for personal boundaries. It is not that he is a bad child, it is simply that one must remember that he is merely a child left to his own devices without proper adult supervision. He is a far cry from the Artful Dodger. He does not survive based on his wit, but moreso by abusing his powers in order for his basic needs to be met

Accessories: Wicker is currently homeless, he has no material possessions outside of his clothes which are currently a ratty sweatshirt, a pair of beige denim trousers and a pair of shoes that do not match. All of his clothes were knicked from a good-will donation drop off center. He takes advantace of people too lazy to drop their old clothes in the donation box and rummages through the trash bags of clothes before they go on their way to thrift shops. Sometimes he is lucky enough to find a toy to play with for a few days, but often enough it is not easy to bring it with him from place to place and so it often will be abandoned somewhere while he moves on with the other vagrants.

Misc: Wicker does not really know who he is or where he comes from. He has been wandering with the vagrants in the area for nearly a year now. He does not know where his memories of home went, or why he has the abilities he does. He has an ability to create illusions, which he believes is magic, in order to avoid detection and to make stealing food and hiding from unsavory people easier. Wicker's illusions are actually nothing more than him manipulating the electrical impulses in other people's brains, tricking their minds into having artificial sense experiences of sights, sound, smell, taste and even touch. While this is a handy ability to have it does come with its limits. It is very easy to trick someone into thinking they have seen or heard something that his not real, but taste and smell are a challenge and touch being horribly difficult to maintain. In fact, Wicker can only maintain a feeling-illusion on one person for no more than four minutes before he simply can no longer hold it. Pushing himself to the limit of his skills often results in migrane like symptoms and an inability to create any illusions again until he has had some time to recover. As this is the case he tends to avoid the more complicated senses and spams the senses of sight and sound, most often so he looks normal to crowds of people or to knick food. This is a double edged sword, in that sticking to what he is comfortable with helps him survive, but in not pushing himself he will not improve his abilities with the more complicated senses. Were he afforded a home life with stable adults as his guardians he would have the stress of seeing to his creature comforts lifted from him and he could possibly be afforded the opportunities to expand his skills as well as learn basic skills such as literacy. He does not tend to ponder much on these facts, as they are somewhat deep for a ten year old, but it doesn't make them any less true in the eyes of the adults that will be interacting with him.
For consideration of the Wathais group.

I just joined and have enjoyed reading through the other characters - especially this little guy :) He sounds so cute and I feel so sad that he's all on his own! My Marchelute likes children, maybe they'll be friends~
